Mystery Shoppers is proud to be a charter member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association. Mystery Shoppers was involved with the start up of this association in order to improve the quality of the mystery shopping industry. There are 80 member companies of this worldwide association that specialize in providing mystery shopping services. Beverly Gleason of Mystery Shoppers is currently serving on the board of directors for a two-year term. The MSPA is the only professional trade association dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous resources.
